I made myself a bigger breakfast than normal today because we’re up earlier than normal. 
I made a delicious smoothie, 6 oz  rice dream, 1 banana, 3 large strawberries, 1 tsp chia seeds and a tray of small ice cubes.  The baby loved it too. 
I also made myself my usual breakfast which is two eggs , half an organic avocado ( sometimes I sub wholly guac) and 1 tbs of cheese on Rudi’s organic whole wheat honey bread. Yum yum..
